We understand that our customers are likely concerned for their health and safety and we at Smokers Heaven smoke and vape shop are doing everything we can we can to make sure that our store is safe for shoppers looking to stock up as we get used to “social distancing” to avoid the spread of the Corona virus.
Here’s what our smoke and vape shop is doing based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO):
- HANDS: Our employees are washing them often along with using hand sanitizer after each and every transaction. Our point of sale system is also being cleaned and disinfected after every credit/debit card sale as our customers sometimes come in contact with it.
- ELBOW: If our staff needs to cough, they do so into their elbow keeping any airborne germs from being spread. We ask that our customers please do the same.
- FACE: Our staff has been instructed not to touch their face or eyes as it is yet another way that health experts believe the virus can be spread.
- FEET: Our staff has been instructed to stay at least 3 feet away from our customers. This seems like a simple a task but in fact it is quite difficult in that they are required to collect any cash for purchases but when that is the case, they are immediately and thoroughly washing/sanitizing their hands afterwards.
- FEEL: If our staff feels even slightly sick, we have instructed them to stay at home. Again, the health and safety of our customers and staff is more important to us than anything else and we won’t take any risks. We would appreciate our customers respectfully do the same and not visit our store if they are not feeling well.
So far, we haven’t had any issues with keeping what our customers want and regularly buy in stock but we all know that nothing is really “business as usual” in these times.
