With things finally getting back to normal in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro, we wanted to give a shout out to our customers for continuing to support Smokers Heaven smoke and vape shop in Grapevine. Even though we can’t quite operated in a business as usual manner, we’re glad to be welcoming people back into our smoke and vape shop after weeks of not knowing how or when we’d open again.

Thankfully, that’s all over with (for now) but we’ve had to make some changes to how we run our smoke and vape shop but we need our customers’ help to make sure it remains safe.
- No big groups. Only 5 people in the store at one time. We don’t see big groups of people marching into our store too terribly often but you never know. Due to our store being shaped like a long hallway, we believe that only allowing 5 people in at a time would keep everyone socially distanced and safe.
- Maintain social distancing. When you do shop with us, please keep at least 6 feet away from anyone that is not in your group.
- No touching. We know that checking out what we sell at our smoke and vape shop is part of the buying experience but at this time we’re asking that our customers keep their hands to themselves unless they are buying it. We know it sucks but in an effort to keep our store safe and open, we feel it’s that right thing to do for the time being.
- Wear a mask. We can’t stress this enough: PLEASE WEAR A MASK when you come to our smoke and vape shop. If you need a mask, we’ll do our best to provide one for you but covering your mouth and nose with your t shirt is not a mask. We’re not trying to be picky but rather responsible. Our staff sees quite a few customers each day and we want to make sure they don’t get sick. Plus, we don’t want our customers getting sick so, please, wear a mask when you come to our smoke and vape shop.
- Don’t come to our smoke and vape shop if you are sick. Hopefully this is common sense but if you don’t feel 100% or you’ve recently been sick, please don’t come to our store. We don’t want our staff or customers getting ill and there truly is nothing we sell that is worth someone’s life or health.
We’re still going to be the one stop smoke and vape shop in Dallas with the lowest prices in the metro but we need to make some changes because of the stupid virus. We’re doing our best to make sure that we are always fully stocked with everything our smoking and vaping customers want but shipping is not quite what it once was so please be patient if we don’t have what you normally buy with us.
